1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Runner Protocol (“the Protocol”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Protocol.

2. Description of Service

Runner Protocol provides a decentralized platform for conducting Continuous Clearing Auctions on the Solana blockchain. The Protocol enables fair price discovery for token distributions through mathematical mechanisms that ensure uniform clearing prices for all participants.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Protocol. By using the Protocol, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

The Protocol is not available to users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or token purchases are prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Risks

Participation in token auctions involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Complete loss of committed capital
• High volatility in token prices
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Regulatory uncertainty
• Network congestion and transaction failures

You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose. This is not investment advice.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Verifying all transaction details before signing
• Understanding the mechanics of auctions you participate in
• Conducting your own research on tokens before participating
• Paying all applicable transaction fees

6. Intellectual Property

The Protocol's smart contracts are open source and licensed under the MIT License. The Runner brand, trademarks, and frontend interface remain the property of Runner Protocol Labs.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNNER PROTOCOL LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through our official channels.
